Will internet archive (Archive.org) delete my content if I upload some copyright protected files (music) ?
They say they will but I can find almost any new and top rated song on the site with high amount of views but they didn’t delete them.
Note: Don’t worry about my own security; I’m in a third world country out of reach of US government hand.
They will delete it if they get a DMCA takedown request, as required to avoid liability under US law. They don’t however proactively look for copywriten content. As long as the music owner doesn’t care or doesn’t notice it will be fine.
