Actually relative to what they downloaded. You import a file you already downloaded but it’s missing 10kb, you download 10kb, you upload 100kb, your ratio is 10, not impressive.

They have really high seeding ratios.
0.5 would mean they uploaded half the filesize. 1 means whole filesize. 2 means twice. You get the idea.
