Edit : Yes there are workarounds using Revanced. Check the comments for some awesome help on how to do this if you wish! Just know, in the future it will most likely end up being patched annoyingly and I therefore recommend looking forward to the future with us here.
You can just compile Infinity with your own API keys and It willl work without any problem. Persoanlly, I am more mad from the response and the threats from the CEO of Reddit than the actual change with the APIs

I can confirm it brought my RiF app back to life!
As much as part of me wants to use my beloved rif again, reddit is dead to me now.
Yep, I edited all my posts to “fuck spez” on the way out and deleted my account.
