I have streamlined and automized my entire process with a Python program I made.
It allows me to select a video, select the corresponding song from Spotify, select certain parts that have to be cut off (such as intros and outros) and then it will automatically download the video, transcode it, cut off any segments, merge the metadata.

I personally download YouTube videos, convert them to MP3 and then add metadata to them.
not really a good solution, cuz it’s not gonna be a nice quality audio, but just acceptable, nothing more…
All tools I know support downloading mp3 or ogg directly. You could streamline your process there a bit.
