Again I think this is all horseshit and forced arbitration can get fucked, but it’s not being reported properly. The Disney+ trial could have not happened at all and the argument from Disney wouldn’t change.

But they also cited the clause in the streaming service too. So the reporting stands.
Restaurant wasn’t in a ticketed park. The tickets are as relevant as the D+ trial.

This didn’t happen at the theme park, this happened at Disney Springs, which is basically a mall.
