Poilievre’s decision not to go through security screening means that no one in the party is in a position to act on the intelligence or challenge its accuracy, said Trudeau.

“The decision by the leader of the Conservative Party to not get those classified briefings means that nobody in his party, not him, nobody in a position of power knows the names of these individuals and can take appropriate action,” he said.

“It also means nobody is there to stand up for those individuals if the intelligence is shoddy or incomplete or just allegations from a single source.”

Peter Putinfever and his magically appearing Venezuelan wife and their crypto fascist ties may be, indeed.

(Pp has never had a job other than that in government and given to him by Harper, yet he’s somehow the richest dude on Parliament)

Crooked politicians?!? In Canada!?!

Who would’ve thought? Just like everywhere else, I guess … (Humans are terrible)

The best part about this information is that the Conservative Party cannot deny any of it, and every other party can support the allegations.

It seems like JT is handling the situation just about as well as could be expected.

Agreed. I didn’t expect anything more than what is happening, even if I would prefer some clear answers on very direct and fact based questions.
