But they use link shorteners that are quite tedious, but with Patience it works fine.

Most high quality rips (blu-ray, remux) have multiple language tracks
The bad thing is that most latin American ISP can’t hold remux files 😅
You can check the Lat-Team private tracker, it has full of content in English and Spanish (dual audio is the way to go if you ask me).
But that comes with all the advantages and disadvantages that occurs when you are on a private tracker, so for starters, no leeching.
