Truly feels like a “we’ve tried nothing, and we’re out of ideas!” situation, it’s almost comical.
It seems like these are blueprints for single family homes, so we’ll be stuck with car-based city designs that aren’t helping us solve the housing crisis in the first place…
If it ends up being like Instagram where there’s just a spam of tags at the end of a post, then no? But perhaps that’s more for moderators/communities to decide, instead of programmatically enforcing a limit on tags.
Ya co-ops would be a nice addition too. And removing parking space requirements/single family/duplex zoning from most urban areas.
