It doesn’t look like the governments want EVs to replace ICE vehicles as they are today. The density in cities is already limited by parking and road space, and the infrastructure needed to charge all these new EVs isn’t really being built.

Keeping EVs in the $60k+ range and the short life-cycle of these vehicles will ensure most people transition to public and active transport, leaving the roads to luxury consumers.


A new PRINT newspaper has been launched in our community and appears to be going very well. Meta starving the zombies like Black Press is creating space for new media and models to grow.


Are you certain? Perhaps we should sit on this for another five years and do another study…


Another option which regulators seem to avoid is the adoption of passive house standards for new builds. Our Canadian/North American housing standards depend on large energy inputs for heating and cooling - and that doesn’t seem to be changing.
