no, weirdly enough. i remember a time too when that would be a thing but i think the combative stances taken against rom piracy and the march of time itself have diminished this being a norm. I’ve had some people reach out to me with links and technical info though, so the dream is alive and well still 👍

yeah that’s like a shopping list the creators of Nucleus made for when you extract the files from your own ps4. they don’t actually come with that repo. or else they would be facing DMCA notices from Sony

interesting to see there’s another ps4 emulator out there though. i had never heard of that one. looks like it hasn’t been worked on since 2016 though

i remember back when thepiratebay used to reply to legal summons and cease-and-desist letters. those were beautiful to read, that’s what this post reminded me of. it’s sad those times are over and we’re now at a point where media empires can apply pressure all along the telecommunications chain.

sorry. the file names are

libSceNgs2.sprx libSceLibcInternal.sprx libSceDiscMap.sprx libSceRtc.sprx libSceJpegEnc.sprx libSceJson.sprx libSceJson2.sprx libSceFiber.sprx libSceUlt.sprx

they have to be dumped from a physical ps4 usually. emulator developers leave them out of the build for copyright reasons making the emulator inoperative if you haven’t bought the physical machine. typically some based and respectable individuals keep a copy floating in a google drive and will share them if you ask in the correct spaces and don’t get banned 🤞

ps4 sys_module files
I recently lost my hard drive and my build of Shadps4 I had started to run Bloodborne on. The avenues that I used to procure my sys_module files are no longer available, can anyone direct me in getting some new ones? sorry if this isn't the appropriate place to ask, this instance just seemed less ban-horny about questions like this
