Does it support the flatpak version of Yuzu?
In what way? The tools and mod manager does as long as the directories are correct, the installer portion uses its own portable version of yuzu early access but you can just ignore that if you wanna use your own instead.

It’s just that some flatpak programs don’t have a .bin to point to, and I thought I needed to point to Yuzu’s .bin.
Well, in general, no flatpak has a .bin.
