Hyper-v is definitely wisely used…
Lots of hypervisors support windows. Ie proxmox
To be pedantic - KVM is the hypervisor. Proxmox is a wrapper to it.
Fair enough
Being even more pedantic, KVM is the hypervisor, QEMU is a wrapper around it and Proxmox provides a management interface to it.
