Doing some research on things that I will absolutely never do. Let’s say a nefarious party wanted to download a video from Youtube, say, an episode of the TV show Community. The downloaders I have researched for Linux (Youtube Downloader Plus + Parabolic) will not let me download any episodes that have DRM. Are there any that DO let you do so, preferably while removing the DRM so it could be used on Jellyfish or Plex?

Can you provide an example link? I constantly download from youtube, so either it should always just work with yt-dlp or I’ve never encountered a DRM video.
A couple examples:
Free with ads: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pb3AUBtm_5o Must be bought: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2c26o4h0coY
I tried both with yt-dlp and I get errors with both
video unavailable in your country (would probably work with a vpn)
this video is not available (since it is paid)
