Hi, does anybody know any notetaking app which supports sync with caldav server ? I am self-hosting a Radicale server which on android with DAVx5 client and jtx Board app works pretty well! I have searched on web but haven’t found any desktop alternative to jtxBoard yet which supports this protocol. Anybody using this setup ?

Maybe it’s not what you want to hear, but I was looking these types of apps, too, some time ago.

Then I noticed that most of the apps are useless for me and found an interesting type of apps that implement a “second brain”. There are a few of them, but I chose Logseq.

The only problem is sync across devices. There are not many good options. Maybe it’ll get better with DB support later.

I’ve had a quick look at the FAQs. There it specifically says that the Logseq user is “the king of the data” and that Logseq “works directly with plain-text like Markdown and Org mode”.

If true, synchronisation with Syncthing should Just work™ on all platforms that Logseq is available for, except iOS.

Syncthing works very well for Logseq, I use it on 4 different devices and changes only take a couple seconds to be synchronized. The app even automatically refreshes the data when a change is made so you don’t have to worry about only having one instance open at a time.
