I’m pretty sure most of these chat apps that have seen a lot of conservative and overseas enthusiasm are meant to either be a honeypot or a safe space for pedos. I imagine most chat apps, if they actually were on a mission to remove pedos and any illegal activity, would lose a ton of their userbase.
