Adblocker does not block what is happening with wolfstream.
A lot of times they even redirect to rentry with malware downloads.
And people are still surprised when you mention the negativity around here

Current: StreamTape have been identified as a threat by security engines such as Fortinet, CRDF Labs, and Quttera.
Previous Observation: StreamTape was flagged by Google Safe Browsing before days.
Seems to be currently down so presumably being fixed.
