immediate antisemitism and nazi stuff :/
I thought Lemmy was more progressive anti Israel, was just trying to pander to the crowd. I care more about building great technology. If people are interested I can federalize the tech, you can moderate your own instances your own way.
i would like opensourceing meows, also like " heil Hitler" isnt antiisreal, is antisemitic meows. i dont like isreal but i dont like nazis either
The site looks good, but it desparately needs content moderation
What’s up with the instant we share your data with 137 partners cookie popup?
…there’s no website I can go to? It’s app only?
Shit sorry. https://tiblur.com
Is this whole thing FOSS, and using ActivityPub?
no it’s centralized I’m just running mongo db. I am going to decentralize it though so you can self host your own group chats. I wanted to make a sub on Lemmy for it having a little trouble.
I checked out the main feed, OP. Not sure this is going anywhere based on the content I saw. I have no opinion on the site as a technical work.
Thanks, it’s more valuable for the encrypted messaging, the ui needs work but my plan is to replace signal.
What part of this is self-hosted?
It’s running off a vps, I’m planning on making direct messaging peer to peer.
Can we host it ourselves a la Mastodon / Lemmy / Fediverse stuff?
Does it look interesting enough to host? I can federalize it people are interested.
