I found this article which seems to be about the same strike, though it’s from July. I’m not familiar enough with SSESA to know their situation and why there was so much time between the strike mandate and the strike but I imagine there must have been some ongoing negotiation that recently broke down.

Yea that’s from the Quebec branch and from 3 years ago. I think that’s been resolved after all that time
