this title is giving me a migraine

As Far-Right IDEOLOGY Surges in US and Germany, Debate Rages Over Disqualification of Those Who Would Destroy Democracy

Added a word and a comma to make it a lot more readable

The eternal paradox of tolerance… and the issue of whether “democracy” is the ultimate best type of government, or if some day there might be some better form, that they could be “upgraded” to… which would benefit from not setting them in stone.

Would be nice if they could be protected against “downgrades” already proven to be negative though, but that could make a long list.

My boss is a Q-anon lunatic and likes to say “shouldn’t Nazis have freedom of speech, too? Why are you so afraid to let them have a say?”

My response is always the same; Fuck the Nazis and anyone who supports them.

It’s like if you get cancer, and the doctor is like “well… We should just let it do its thing, as it’s already in your body”
