Where I live Bell got a government grant to put fiber to the houses in the area this summer. I was dreading the fact that there would have been fiber to my house but I would still refuse to be a bell customer again… I really hope I can get a connection through another company using the line. Currently on Netfox through Bell copper!

Trackercontrol works good on some, though some apps don’t work and you have to enable one thing at a time until it works.
There are no penalties for violating Ontario’s Archives and Recordkeeping Act, which bars government staffers from deleting emails, and the maximum fine for violating Ontario’s freedom of information law is $5,000.
So other than a fine that that is basically nothing, there is nothing that can happen?! How can there not be “something” to deter people from deleting what ever they want? I don’t know much about the laws involved in this but hope something will come of this.
