  • Single player (desktop): After finishing Red Faction Guerrilla, and trying Red Faction Armageddon but not really liking it, I settled on Just Cause 2 (again). Still as much fun as in 2013, when I last played it.
  • Single player (Deck): more Deep Rock Galactic:Survivor.
  • Co-op (desktop): Deep Rock Galactic, if my co-op buddies don’t bail, that is.

  • The Outer Worlds - Had this in my library for a while. Coming from the Borderlands franchise, I tried BG3, and accept that it’s a good game. It just doesn’t click for me at the moment. TOW is a nice mix of RPG and FPS.
  • Deep Rock Galactic - Is my current “co-op with buddies” game.
  • Vampire Survivors - 'nuff said, I guess
  • Maniac - Vampire Survivors meets classic 2D GTA. Imagine the GTA Kill Frenzy thing, but that’s the whole game.

My RX 6850 decided to die on me, just when I finally had the motivation to continue BG3 and/or The Outer Worlds. So I’ve been playing mostly Vampire Survivors on the Deck. Had some catching up to do on the new content anyway.

Meta comment, but I like how this 3 year old post somehow ended up in Hot.

Off the top of my head:

Or maybe try on r/incremental_games on the other website.

So basically incremental/idle games with some light strategy or base building mechanics?
