Just Got an 8bitdo Ultimate Bluetooth Controller, What Now?
Just Got an 8bitdo Ultimate Bluetooth Controller, What Now? --- The immediate goal is to use it on my potato pc and play Batman Arkham Asylum. Using the 2.4ghz adapter immediately detected the controller and the game recognized it as well so I could play on the get go. However, I wanted to try the bluetooth mode which I had trouble with. And I wanted to try using the back buttons (like mapping it to A so I can use it for sprinting while moving the camera). 1. Do I need to download a software? update firmware? 1. What games would you recommend to take advantage of my new controller (note: I have a potato pc, so probably indie games? or retro games on emulators). I wanted to try Armored Core 3 on PS2 but my PC either couldn't handle it or PCSX2 isn't too compatible for that game.

I have some free invites to some private servers as well (mainly BakaBT for anime/manga stuff and MyAnonamouse for anything books)

But inviting someone that wouldn’t have a good ratio is bad, right?

another thing that kind of threw me off was that I remember the 3rd-person view was a lot closer than from the videos I’ve watched. Like it was 3rd-person but the camera was like a feet or two above the person. The videos of the game was like the camera is placed on a ceiling.

yeah it was, thanks. I thought this wasn’t it last time I checked, but looking at videos again (now with sound), I’m certain this is it. Thanks!!

Damn I don’t know what’s different tonight but I found it already. It was Metal Gear Solid: VR Missions on PSX. I swear I already checked this before, and I thought it wasn’t it.

But upon watching some videos of it again (now with sound), I think this it. I vaguely remember the sound it makes when succeeding.

Anyways, thread over.

Tip of My Tongue Stealth Game Puzzle in PSX/PS2
Tip of My Tongue Stealth Game Puzzle in PSX/PS2 I'm pretty sure it was PSX but there's a really small chance it was PS2 because it was so long ago. Here's some details. The gameplay is like you are controlling a spy and you need to go to a particular point inside the room without being spotted by enemies, lasers, etc. The room is like a wireframe room. I think it was either green/blue/orange. This is 3D, 3rd-person view. I remember the enemies are also just polygons (not 100%). I believe it has self-contained stages. I'm not 100% sure, but I think this puzzle game is only either the tutorial or just a side-game, not actually the main game.

Earl is the worst for this.

I just finished Earl. Either the AI for catchup for Earl is egregious as you’ve said or the tail end of the race is mostly cornering and I’m just bad at it. I had to restart like 4 times.

Maybe I’m still in the early stages (blacklist 10) that catchup for enemies isn’t too relevant because I’ve been smoking them (like half the map away).

Although when I do make a mistake (ram head-on against another car, hit a wall, etc.) it is plainly obvious that given enough time I’ll be able to catch up.

catch-up? is that why bosses doesn’t seem to go far even when I make a huge mistake?

NFS Most Wanted Black Edition (PC): Can’t Seem to Get any Pink Slips, Am I Just Unlucky?
NFS Most Wanted Black Edition (PC): Can't Seem to Get any Pink Slips, Am I Just Unlucky? I've been playing this old game for a bit and I've beaten 4 blacklist members already. I've missed getting the pink slips each time which is 1 out of 3 every time or 1/81 in total. What's wrong? Full disclosure, I'm playing dodi-repack of the game.

Besides Robux, What Can I Give to My Little Brother that Plays Roblox?
Besides Robux, What Can I Give to My Little Brother that Plays Roblox? I just think Robux bad value for its price.

Please Give Me Some Alternatives to Genshin Impact and Spider-Man (PS4) on PC/Android
Please Give Me Some Alternatives to Genshin Impact and Spider-Man (PS4) on PC/Android I realized that I like these two games a lot and their common feature is the open world side quest things. When I play Spider-Man instead of teleporting to the main quest, I swing to the general direction and probably clear most of everything I encounter (Photography, Random Crimes, enemy hideouts, etc.) that I find myself spending most of my time doing the world quests rather than the main story quests. Same thing with Genshin, I remember my first 10 or so hours of playing it was just looking for chests throughout the map, opening waypoints, looking for those anemoculus, etc. Bad thing with Genshin though is that it has Gacha so I thought to look for Alternatives. Yes, I could just continue playing Spider-Man instead but I don't normally have access to a PS4/PS5. (I can play on PC, but I'd rather just finish it on the ps4 instead of paying for it twice). I guess in summary, please recommend games that has these amazing world quests (BOTW is another one, but I already plan to play that).

I’ve always thought yandex was based on China (because of the great Chinese translation).

this is probably about abusing google drive by making multiple accounts and then sharing it to a main account, bypassing the size limit.

Ar Tonelico (the 1st one on ps2).

I’ve played this when I was a younger but never finished. Was bored and picked it up.

It’s still a fun jrpg, the song magic amd reyvatail mechanics are a neat twist to the basic turn-based action.

And “Diving”/dating sim mechanic of the game is a fun way to add some social aspect (besides the story).

Latest Firmware update log on the website for the 2.4ghz said

Firmware v2.00 <br> 1. Added the Bluetooth connection for Dinput mode.

Does that mean it supports Android on Bluetooth better now?

firmware update log for the ultimate Bluetooth was not the same.

Android Compatibility on 8bitdo Ultimate Bluetooth?
I've been eyeing this controller for quite a while and before jumping the gun I saw that it wasn't advertised as being compatible with Android for some reason despite having bluetooth. Upon looking around I saw this [post](https://www.reddit.com/r/8bitdo/comments/y9noh5/comment/it8hmtv/) that said the bluetooth controller does not support D-Input, only X-Input. So it's partially compatible with Android as long as the game uses X-input. Any thoughts on this? Does the Guilikit have the same problem?

I’m not an expert, but I’ve had hundreds of torrents seeding and never had a problem.

is 40 million a good number for consoles? How does it compare to the older gens like PS2/PS3/PS4?
