Personally… Id spin up a Ubuntu desktop instance for Jellyfin and Sonarr. I went through a few different operating systems before I went back to Ubuntu and…it just works. Lots of documentation on installing those services that way. Jellyfin is very happy behind Sonarr… I’d stay away from Windows for any kind of selfhosting because I don’t trust them

I use Jellyfin even for my family they find it extremely easy to use. I have also included Ombi so if there is a show they want that isn’t there they can request it and everything is handled automatically without my intervention. The most I do is change what harddrive things save to when I run out of space and add a new drive

…why would you use bottles to play windows games and not just use Proton? If you don’t know Proton is a incredible tool built right into steam and it works with most games. You can check Protondb for comparability with the games you want to play
