Wow, thank you so much!!
I spent quite some time on this and gave up frustrated…

I have the exact other problem

I would like to search for 2 languages (one preferred), but and can’t work it out…

If you find a solution to your problem somewhere, please give the link/info as well, maybe it helps me…

I tried the trash guides ( https://trash-guides.info/ ), but it seems I’ve done something wrong. Maybe it helps you

This was the guide with the custom language:
https://trash-guides.info/Radarr/Tips/How-to-setup-language-custom-formats/

That’s how it should work:
https://trash-guides.info/Sonarr/Tips/How-to-setup-language-custom-formats/

But somehow I can’t get it to work correctly.
Maybe I’ll just try again and check if I missed something

Thanks, that makes sense

But also newly added/searched stuff only appears in English
Not sure, if they really are only available in English or if I did something wrong…

*arr language settings
Hi all! It seems I'm just too stupid to set the preferred/required languages in Sonarr/Radarr. I'd like to have English, if German is not available - or maybe just a version with both. I've looked through the trash guides and setup a custom format. But shouldn't that already trigger re-downloads for my stuff or do I need to activate this custom profile somehow? Sorry, but after paying around for some time, I feel pretty much lost... Thanks for every hint and help!

Because you can’t easily borrow it your friend or bring it with you to a game night?

Yeah, but then I’ve a web exposed service and I want keep a low profile as possible with what I’m exposing. So I guess as long as there aren’t many users to manage, wireguard (or a tailscale configuration) could work out for OP

I’ve setup wireguard, because it’s only me and an employee using the services. But with that, externally I don’t even seem to have a port open. But wireguard is so fast to be online, that I’m just always connected as soon as I’m online - using a domain and an IP update script

I find it much more insulting that he took a whole nation for fools

Edit: but fortunately you’re right about all his failing projects.

AFAIK the Hyperloop thing was just a push to postpone investment in public transportation until Tesla has some market dominance and be proposed as better green solution than public transport

I think Thiel is worse for the world. Elon musk is more show and shine - and crumbles spectacular anyway

It seems to be more that houses in the USA were being built cheap and burn down easier. While Europe obviously had the same issue with fires (looking at you Brugge - how often do you wooden town need to burn down, until you place a fucking stone?), but they approached it with better, fire proof materials - like bricks instead of wood.

The regulations in the USA seem to include those zig-zag stairs (probably I mixed up the name), where 2 stairways are on the same place, cross crossing each other.
In case of smoke/fire or demolition of this block, I don’t see how those 2 stairs make a better exit, when they are in the same place.

So… What’s the purpose of the ban then?
Is this but just totally stupid and implemented completely useless, because people in power can’t grasp what they are deciding on?

Also thanks to the EU forcing the manufacturers (of smartphones at least) to go for the same standard

Wireguard, as only a handful of people need access to the services, I manage it manually - and not with Tailscale or something similar.

With that my server looks nothing like a server from the outside, as I’m exposing nothing - Wireguard doesn’t even show up in a port scan

Yeah, we tested our PA system at an exhibition in Atlanta with some songs and a colleague put in a song about anal sex. We were nearly kicked out of the whole thing, although pretty much no one of the workers was there anymore and it wasn’t even open to the public yet.

So yeah, cooperate America really seems to be more than just prude

There is also much punk (e.g. Kein Gerede - WIZO) on the index, so absolutely not tied to nazism in quite some cases, but only being anti establishment

In Austria we have an so called ‘Index’ of creative works, that are not allowed in public or to be sold - not sure if property is disallowed as well.

I don’t think, that hiding things helps any discussion, but I’m usually not the one, that makes those decisions…

Yeah, so what’s bad about that?
Do you smoke your crack from a bottle cap?

There are some websites (or at least one website and maybe a Lemmy Thread or so), where they linked up possible alternatives to sub reddits

I’m not sure, if I can find a link, I’ll try

Edit: ha, that went quick.

I’m currently hosting a wiki.js
you can either use markdown or a visual editor

I’m using NewPipe, which gives me music in background and no Ads
that’s enough for me
