A federal judge ordered Texas to remove floating barriers in the Rio Grande and barred the state from building new or placing additional buoys in the river, according to a Wednesday court filing, marking a victory for the Biden administration.

And now Texas appeals, which they will lose, and then they appeal to SCOTUS, which they will lose also. Then sometime in mid to late 2024 it will be removed.

And the Democrats will have won the re-election by then, so the R’s get some good rage baiting out of it again after that.
