A Canadian class-action lawsuit alleges the effectiveness of Cold-FX products was falsely advertised, and seeks compensation for anyone who bought the products.

I can’t prove that I ever bought the product.

How can anyone really? I took that stuff for 3 years but have moved since then and have no way whatsoever to show I took it.

I didn’t keep receipts or boxes, why would I need it? Even a credit card statement will just show “Walmart”.

There needs to be some more customer protections for stuff like this. Sworn testimony or soemthing.
