Just install Librewolf. A firefox fork with UO built in, and all the privacy settings activated by default. Even the hidden ones.
And yes is still supports FF sync etc.

I just use Firefox Nightly and whatever add-ons I need.
Firefox > Any fork. You can set up Firefox exactly like any fork you like but still get same day updates and security patches.
We should have a section on the mega thread on how to setup Firefox. I would guess I don’t understand >70% of the options in the settins.
Information on wikis can get out of date if nobody updates it. Probably just needs someone to refresh it a bit.
