Anything that is actually helpful and useful helps to keep better in touch with aunts and cousins and my parents who all have iPhones and I miss out on group chats since they wont install or use anything else. Apple isn’t going to get rid of their garden unless forced so I’m glad someone is trying something.

You’re right. It’s really funny that the same people that champion interoperability always shit on Apple products and talk about how they should just end.

You’re right, I’m wrong. The other alternative is to buy into the garden.

When I uninstalled whatsapp it took some people half a year but finally all installed either matrix or signal. I am sitting in a good boat, others are not so lucky.
