At least four states are considering legislation to follow North Dakota in mandating the showing of an animated fetal development video in elementary schools. One of the suggested videos is rife with inaccuracies.

I wish there were some (fraud) penalty for blatant misrepresentation in order to gain election.

Indeed. At the very least, it should trigger a special election, and they should have to get elected as the party they’re switching to. I don’t know if some states do that, but mine definitely doesn’t.
