Amazon does not (or cannot) tell the contractors what the drivers should wear or how the vehicles look. Usually it’s a plain white van, sometimes even a rental company logo on its side.
The drivers just wear whatever they found in their closet.
So it’s way more visual that they are working for a contractor logistics company and not employed by Amazon.
