Both front-runner Mark Carney and his main challenger Chrystia Freeland have anchored their campaigns on the threat Trump poses on Canada

I would have ranked Freeland higher too, except Krasnov already hates her, so I don’t think she could turn this situationship around.

She has experience dealing with Trump successfully. She would probably be the best choice in that regard IMHO. She also has experience dealing with Russia. Putin and Trump are both afraid of her. She is also smart as hell.

Unfortunately, she does not have a good rep country wide, and too much baggage with the Trudeau government. And sadly, there is a large portion of people in Canada that could not vote for a woman, which is disgusting in this day and age. I think she would make a great leader, but feel she would have zero chance of winning a federal election.

Very sad. I agree. If I thought all we needed was to piss off Krasnov/Putin, I would have ranked her at the top. But we do have to consider keeping Lil pp out of the PM Chair also.

Her Ukraine first BS disqualifies her. That “experience” was a disgrace.
