I like sunxdcc.com and i think xdcc.rocks is another option but i havent tried it

The limiting factor is accessibility/usability.
Having to set up an irc client, with xdcc, and then learning about xdcc commands.
Its not as common as torrenting, so less stuff is uploaded to it. Also download speeds are dependent on the bot, so some dls can be pretty slow
