Armv7 basically boils down to a 32 bit kernel, and any phone with less than 4GB ram is almost definitely going to have a 32 bit kernel, even with a 64 bit processor.
You don’t retire perfectly good hardware just because some of the software is too different to support it. You find alternatives so that you aren’t contributing to the wasteful bullshit that is forced obsolescence.

IIRC Isn’t the Armv7 support limitation just for Revanced Manager? Just build the version you need on your computer using revanced-cli.

Can confirm, I’m currently on an Armv7 device and built revanced using the CLI. Has been running smoothly for me.
Hence OP’s mention of the builder being broken and archived. The actual documentation of the cli is functionally non-existent, too.

Try building from the revanced manager, it should allow you to login. Also, install microg.
