While these websites offer infringing content, both were cautious to avoid copyright troubles on Telegram.

It’s not completely unregulated at all. The mods totally have the power to ban bots, just find a place that’s actually moderated at all

Moderated matrix channels don’t seem to have these bots. Idk I found these bots too on some public channels, I left thinking those channels were fake.

You’d need a second Signal instance. There’s only global privacy options.
I run a second Signal for that in the secure folder of my Samsung phone.
