You could almost make this an argument that homes and businesses would not be able to have flags because they go above the side walk. Or have sale signs in front of coffee shops because it’s a “decoration”. Seems a little too vague. Also a pride flag isn’t political, social, religious, or commercial. It’s like having brown hair.
