Last of us part 2 was remastered? Didn’t that only come out a couple years ago?

Many people are not informed for how this stuff works. They see an open world racing game they can play with friends and don’t understand what’s needed to make that happen.

Yeah, I was gonna say I have 7 accounts. A lot of free ones labeled “vacation” “house projects” “emergencies”

Get a copy of it now. There may not be more development on it, but you’ll be able to keep playing the games that work already on it

Nah, that party’s followers don’t care about facts. Despite them un-ironically saying “facts don’t care about your feelings” all the time

Yeah, but I just mean in terms of a low cost option.

Most people don’t need a big car for their around town driving. I have a kona ev and it’s not much bigger.

Having said that, travelling as a family of 3+dog was tricky in the kona so we just upgraded my wife’s ICE to an ioniq 5

Bolt ev just got a price drop to 20k. It’s not a nice looking car, but would fit 99% of most peoples driving

That legit looks fun.

I remember playing a game of similar concept on pc back in the day that was ships and ports and pirates

My guess without watching: Because it makes them money somehow. Banks don’t give a shit about anything but money.

There was also a ton of content added in relatively recent official updates

Yeah, this is one of the ways the wealth gap keeps growing.

If your parents are not home owners, they are not building equity. If they aren’t building equity they are less likely to be able to support their children financially in a way that allows their children to buy a home.

Ctr has a good campaign mode. So does sonic racing transformed

Cause its easy. Hangout at a busy spot inthe highway and you can see a ton more cars speeding than if you hung out at an intersection

Man half the population wouldn’t allow that. Call it socialism and scream about freedom.

The specs until recently were not as intensive but still pointed to the game not being super optimized.

Minimum was a 780 (3gv)

I expected that buying a 6650 (8gb) would have put me well over the minimum requirements.

MINIMUM:

Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system

OS: Windows® 10 Home 64 Bit

Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-4790K / AMD® Ryzen™ 5 1600X

Memory: 8 GB RAM

Graphics: Nvidia® GeForce™ GTX 780 (3GB) or AMD® Radeon™ RX 470 (4GB)

RECOMMENDED:

Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system

OS: Windows® 10 Home 64 Bit | Windows® 11

Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-9700K | AMD® Ryzen™ 5 5600X

Memory: 16 GB RAM

Graphics: Nvidia® GeForce™ RTX 2080 Ti (11GB) | AMD® Radeon™ RX 6800 XT (16GB)

As a conservative, you want our police to be incompetent so your preferred party can get away with a crime?

There are definitely adventures. But even the concept of the powers aligns well to a game. Wouldn’t need to follow thr narrative, but I dont think it would be bad if it did. Would have some cool cut scenes and missions

A few things come up for me.

An rpg based on wheel or time or storm light archives

Open world top down skyrim-like with combat more akin to ghost of tsushima than traditional 2d zeldas. (As in focus on bad guys, dodge roll, fluid combat)

Modern single player carpg, similar to original forza horizon

On some products, these steps occur after you’ve purchased and opened the product and are setting it up.

Honestly, number 3 is the only thing that would have marginal impact. Consumers don’t have the time and energy to research every product to the depth required foe the first two.

While it would tend towards more moderate, it would also lean towards the side most Canadians prefer naturally.

Because the people are easily manipulated into buying into partisanship and populist garbage and our political landscape splits left leaning votes.

Yup. You can see this kind of stuff happening with ads in things you buy.

There was a model of “ad supported” and “pay to own”

But some exec figured out you could do both and double dip.

There is no world in which things get more consumer friendly unless it’s forced

Man, it’s really unfair to make me pay for the roads on the other side of town. I never drive on them!

I created a faction in Canvas (lemmy’s /r/place) - /c/Canada
