I love you so much I think you’re way cooler than a robot!

Now put a ring on it. And I want a diamond.

Mealie! Can import recipes from any site. Then it does automatic meal planning for the week and then creates shopping lists from the meal plans

No dockerhub image is a dealbreaker. Especially for Unraid

I use it as well. Its a game changer. I setup an email for it on my domain. Anything I forward to the email gets automatically processed, tagged and categorized.

Honestly FreshRSS is pretty trash. Don’t understand why it’s so popular.

This is 10x better https://github.com/ssddanbrown/rss

I use this solution also but for external I run Uptime Kuma on a $5 VPS that also stores my Unraid Backups

Put Jellyseer behind something like Authentik

Can vouch for Authentik. Easily to setup and Maintain. I switched from Authelia to Authentik

OK great. Now to that on your Roku, Apple TV, Nvidia Shield, smart phone, etc. There aren’t clients for every platform and the ones that do exist frankly are just not even close to as polished looking as Plex is.

You’re just objectively wrong. 2 instances will ALWAYS be more secure.

I mean it is self-hosted… Everything but the Authentication component. That doesn’t make it not self-hosted

I couldn’t disagree more and I think you’re in the minority here.

Plex UI is just leagues ahead. Also last I checked the desktop app UI and Android TV ui is pretty bad also. Its just the Web UI in a wrapper.

I think that was the scene they were discussing which Linux desktop they preferred lol

The fact that QNAP knew about this and didn’t warn their customers would cause me to boycott them for life. This isn’t just like a gaming PC. This is a NAS. Some peoples entire lives are on there.

There are lots of reasons to avoid QNAP but that’s rough.

So glad I went DIY with Ryzen and Unraid
