Once I got into decent private trackers, I stopped paying for Usenet. That said, it was great for when I was starting out.

I’ve never heard of goodporn but what’s going on with it?

Also, there are distributed/p2p indexes if you’re talking about public tracking of torrents.

Disney lawyers are using an arbitration clause in their Disney account agreement to try to dismiss a lawsuit over a death caused by allergies at Raglan Road. You should be able to find the articles from there.

It’s a bit simplistic to say that it’s specifically a Disney+ issues.

I prefer 720, both for file/bandwidth reasons and for quality reasons. Once you start getting into higher quality, it starts looking like you’re actually there in the room with the actors, and I don’t like that. It’s unsettling. I want my TV and movies to look like TV and movies.

If I’m remembering correctly, Jellyseerr is the only one that has integrated account authentication with Jellyfin (which I have using my standard LDAP for accounts).

Also curating the content itself, not just the users. Mods/Staff can make sure that the content uploaded is actually what’s expected.

Better music support. Movies and TV do great through the *arrs and Jellyfin, but music is a big mess.

Private trackers. Better quality assurance than public trackers, free unlike usenet.

The annoying thing about this is that automated systems (like Radarr/Sonarr) will never get notified that it’s complete, then.

Alternately (and better): is there a way to get something like Jellyseerr but for music?

How to use Lidarr Custom Lists?
Under Settings > Import List > Advanced List, there's an option to provide a List URL for a Custom List. What format would that need to be in?

They’re not, though. The back catalog of many is locked away, and we lost many of those altogether when Stitcher shut down.

Clearly, if I could just listen away, I would be doing that. Just as clearly, we need a way to archive and share all of this.

This. Plus, when I’m watching something I like, I’ll usually look up actors in it and see what else they’ve done.

Luckily, we don’t live in a world where scarcity exists, just one with a resource distribution problem.

One person in the torrenting connection has to have port forwarding in order for the connection to occur. When you aren’t forwarding a port, you’re downloading from / uploading to only people who are. If someone has something you want but neither of you are port forwarding, you won’t be able to connect to them.

ffmpeg help
I have some files that have multiple audio tracks and several subtitle tracks, all of which are marked default. I'd like to remove the default from all the subtitle tracks and all-but-one of the audio tracks (and possibly move the audio track to be the first track). How would I do that?

Separate qBittorent admin container?
Is there any way to separate the UI from the actual torrenting?

Downloading from the Microsoft store
I just bought a season of an anime from the Microsoft store, but it looks like the only way to download or view it is with an Xbox or on a recent version of Windows. Does anyone know how to get it directly? Downloading from other sources is an option I already know; I'm just wondering if there's a way to get it from my paid version.

Lidarr not showing releases?
I'm trying to download a podcast, and I can find the artist on Lidarr, but it doesn't have any releases tied to it. They [exist in MusicBrainz](https://musicbrainz.org/artist/564db11c-f03e-4a79-a6af-72dbc6481fde/releases), so I'm not really sure what's up. I don't want to have to search for each release individually if I can avoid it. Anyone seen this/know how to fix it?
