I feel like the zero-covid policy could have worked if they had used an mRNA vaccine and vaccinated the elderly.
Thats like saying “I feel like eating plums should cure cancer, if you also take chemo and the rest of the treatments recommended by your doctor.”
They developed their own vaccine but it was a bit of a dud.
