I always considered the gitlab model, where the comp can be calculated via a public online tool, to be pretty progressive.
While this certainly doesn’t scale (as they admit) I think the sentiment is right.
A nice place to discuss rumors, happenings, innovations, and challenges in the technology sphere. We also welcome discussions on the intersections of technology and society. If it’s technological news or discussion of technology, it probably belongs here.
