Carney, 59, kicked off his campaign to take the reins of the governing party at the Edmonton-area hockey rink where he learned to skate as a boy while growing up on the Prairies.

Carney said Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre is the “worst possible” choice to put on the other side of the negotiating table with Trump.
“Unlike Australia and the United Kingdom, Canada does not criminalize interfering in nominations, leadership races, or any other political party process,” the report said.
The report said foreign actors have tried to target leadership races in the past, and “allegedly interfered in the leadership races of the Conservative Party of Canada.”

I registered with Alberta NDP last year, does that affiliate me with the federal NDP at all?
