So maybe safe injection sites work? I don’t see them mentioning any correlation, but then again, I don’t know how long these sites have been operating. Seems to match though.

Safe injection sites have existed in Vancouver for over 20 years.

And the fact that dead people can’t die.

Overdoses and drug deaths skyrocketed during covid, so it’s no surprise for them to settle down afterwards.
