A nice place to discuss rumors, happenings, innovations, and challenges in the technology sphere. We also welcome discussions on the intersections of technology and society. If it’s technological news or discussion of technology, it probably belongs here.
Remember the overriding ethos on Beehaw: Be(e) Nice. Each user you encounter here is a person, and should be treated with kindness (even if they’re wrong, or use a Linux distro you don’t like). Personal attacks will not be tolerated.

Nice.
I’m removing this post because I don’t think it really fits /c/technology, and it does seem rather low effort and somewhat spammy.
Not interested in youtube links thanks.
With you on that. Also, this video has been shared a lot the past two days across different fedi platforms. Just a regular electronic music artist trying to get views and maybe purchases of an album on Bandcamp.
I don’t really see how it fits in the category.
I don’t think this particular video of his is the best fit for the category, but some of the others he has on VFDs and 7-Segment Displays are really interesting and very well presented.
Really starting to wish there was a rule against self-promotion, or that all self-promotion was kept to one community (maybe Chat?)
Like come on.
Edit: Meant this as a reply to a thread. 🤷
It’s not self promotion though?
