The White House says that North Korea has delivered more than 1,000 containers of military equipment and munitions to Russia for its ongoing war in Ukraine. Speculation about a possible North Korean plan to refill Russia’s munition stores drained in its protracted war with Ukraine flared last month, when North Korean leader Kim Jong Un traveled to Russia to meet President Vladimir Putin and visit key military sites.

What did they get in return?

I think they produce as much munitions as anyone else, might as well export them and get paid - and maybe make some friends.

So while Ukraine relies on the US, Germany, Poland, Czechia, Italy, France, the UK…

Russia relies on… checks notes Iran and the DPRK

Iran is officially the Islamic Republic of Iran too, though. Most countries are like that. Republic of Finland, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Federal Republic of Germany, Russian Federation etc.

To be fair, the US lost against North Korea before!

Like shipping containers, or cardboard boxes of bullets?
