SEGA will be implementing Wellbia’s anti-cheat (Xigncode3) into Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis after 11 years of using nProtect GameGuard. They will allow you to choose which anti-cheat to use, but Xigncode3 is known to be more invasive and restrictive on what it allows to run.
A new anti-malware tool program manufactured by Wellbia will be gradually implemented to the PC version after the scheduled maintenance on 11/1/2023 (Wed) (GMT).
