It is genuinely time for Democrats to see the writing on the walls, expand the court, use the expanded court to institute ethics rules and term limits, and watch as the scum just up and retires from their seat because they clearly won’t be able to follow ethics rules. What does this matter, is there any information or proof that she would not have been able to lease the land even if he and FOUR OTHER JUSTICES didn’t write an opinion that, spoiler alert, only limited the EPAs ability to write things down and then treat them as law (in the same way the ATF or the FCC have created rules which create new crimes out of the scope of the powers afforded to them through legislation passed by congress)?
