Looks to me like some of the boys at Fermilab came up with an experiment to keep Schrodinger’s cat inside the box but visible the whole time.
Did you know that at Fermilab if you’re a boy, you get to play around with cool collapsable wave functions, and if you’re a girl, you get to play around with groovy flavor-changing neutrinos.

Do you guys actually use wristbands? I just slap the rack before touching anything
Slaps rack This baby will take care of all of your voltage differentials!
Relax, it’s Cat-6 compliant.
Yeah they could fit 5 more of them in there.
No no you’re thinking CAT 9 ;P
CAT 9 isn’t reliable. There’s a hard limit at 9, no one really knows why. It’s best to stay below that limit to have a safety margin.
Its a subtle joke that cats have 9 lives, still thanks for the protip i’ve stayed away from cat 7-9 myself.

TIL anti-static wristbands are a thing. I need get me one of those.
And floor mats, and other things too.
For almost all consumer situations, there’s no need to use them. Even building a computer is fine without them.
