Those were terrible!

Nowadays for me it’s anything that doesnt have “horns” to grip or not enough space between them.

I stil main 360 controllers though i find them a tad too small/cramped

Its another clip-system.

Nvidia and discord already have this built-in but might be an alternative for other gpus?

Ah ok then it sounds pretty out of context from the previous comment, unless I’m missing something.

Open drivers would be nice though, of course.

Aren’t there still tons of headsets? Besides multiple HTC sets, pico, and then all the tethered ones…

Daaamn ut03 wasn’t easy to get last time i checked. Generally would say i prefer 04, but 03 was my first contact so it holds a special nostalgia to me. Will have to look again!

I’m a younger millennial.
I’m out of my 20s. My back hurts. You’re wrong :D

Sundered is a cool 2D metroidvania / action rogue lite blend.
Absolutely gorgeous artstyle, unique concept…

Loop Hero is another rogue lite, that has a bit more of a management feel to it. The hero traverses the loop (the level) automatically - you just get to change their equipment and the environment. It’s a cool balancing act between making a tough level with synergetic enemy types/tiles and making sure your hero survives.

Hollow Knight - if you like metroidvanias you probably know that one. It’s incredibly popular! amazing game.

Dead Cells - same basically :) 50% off on steam right now!

Edit: Seems like you’re looking for retro/emulation stuff mostly? I might be misunderstanding your comments.
These recommendation all have Switch and PC versions. No clue how well they would run on yuzu

“Best” and “most important” are also two very different things. Like tetris, pong, doom and some other trail blazers might not be the kind of long-term engaging many people would think of when coming up with best games. But their impact and long term effects on the tech, the market or design of games is impossible to ignore.

Looks more combat focused and hand crafted… Is it otherwise similar? Or just bc its a fantasy survival thing

Great comment, exactly right.

Hilarious to imagine from the perspective of a non tech savy person though: your virtual machine program “something box” is for the other old windows, not the old windows you want. Get this “other box” windows thing to make the right old windows so you can play windows games on your windows pc.

Gog has some ways to claim drm-free digital versions of gsmes you bouhht elsewhere. May be worth a shot.

Same goes for eft to be honest. Idk “with mmo elements” might make more sense in that case.

I’m really confused about this. I only ever heard about this as ane extraction shooter. But I also only found some tiktok clips didn’t follow it in advance or anything

Back to catch up on Baldurs Gate, finally tied up act 1. Also back to Tarkov, the masochism is in full swing.

Aaand back to counterstrike, did i mention masochism? CS2 has brought the gang back together though, really feels like almost a decade ago when we had full lobbies every night.

Would be a good one, yes. But currently the trend is getting closer from 1.5 to 1 generation ago

Worst offenders to me are cod, despite a bigger time gap. Force bundling a remake into another live service game that STILL GETS SHUT DOWN AFTER A FEW YEARS FOR THE NEXT LIVE SERVICE.

You still talking about the comment that I didn’t write? Still implying causality you never proved? Cool.

You seem to have a very tough time matching what people say/write and what you feel like they mean with it.

Let me rephrase the original claim so you may understand what the actual topic is you’re so furiously debating: Reducing global meat production would be a net benefit to the planet and every being living on it in the long term.

Reducing demand for said production at a large scale WOULD (this is in conjunctive because it’s still a small movement so IT HASN’T HAPPENED YET - we all know that) over time force said production to scale down.

Literally no human i have ever interacted with before you thought not buying a steak for a few months instantly fixes the world. We are painfully aware. Which is why we chose not to participate in that insane bullshit which causes all kinds of issues and harm anymore.

Thank you for your time and energy, this has been awfully unproductive.

Exactly. Thats the problem.

Global consumption and production are increasing

Do. You. Follow?

Yeah, what does that have to do with veganism? Tiny niche doesnt stop global trend. Who knew?

Its statista, they limit traffic. Try a different browser.

Btw funny you link OWID, you should read their article. It doesn’t mention the feed as a side product of oil production, and I’m having trouble finding your quote.

Even if its 100% true and just not mentioned in any articles on the matter, then I guess large scale veganism still only removes loads of industrial processes/co2 production, unspeakable animal abuse and insane amounts - and i mean ludicrous amounts - of wasted drinking water.

everything i’ve said is true

It aint. Literally. U pulled 85% out of your ass. Try 4% (industrial use) 77% livestock feed.

Are u moving goal posts to feel like you’re winning something or genuinely expect the comment section in an online forum to solve societal issues?

Less meat produced = better.

How much more better things could be a different wat is irrelevant; using that as an excuse to never do anything is actually damaging.

Cuz youre lying about a very emotionally charged topic and calling me a liar. If you were not emotionally engaged, youd simply point out the data.

Wheree do you get your numbers from?

https://www.statista.com/statistics/1254608/soy-production-end-uses-worldwide/

They seem off my guy.

Weird to not provide real numbers for someone calling me a liar

Are u saying if over night the entire customer base of meat as a whole stopped buying it would have zero effect? Certainly thats not whay youre saying right?

I mean if they make substantially less money with product x they scale back production. Just like with any other product.

Really not that complicated. Obviously they’re not tracking my personal consumption, nobody believes that.

Besides the topicals OTC that i outlined in here, US friends of mine “keep” their remaining prescription ABs for when they are sick again.

Like he got prescribed some for a COLD and then kept them to pop when he gets the next COLD :'D

Its nuts. Some OTC, others simply overprescribed.

Here you get a prescription if you have a severe infection, OR a substantial injury with high risk.

Thats why i didnt write what you claim i did.

“they have over the counter antiobiotics”

As in antibiotics exist there that are OTC.

Is that so absurd?

also what part of my comment prompted you to post that random response?

yep due to the meat industry keeping going regardless of a fairly small demographic quitting their products

Yes, some topical AB are available according to a quick online search

Some topical antibiotics can be purchased as over-the-counter (OTC) medicines.
However, it is always recommended that you consult a medical expert before purchasing and using any medication.
Topical antibiotics are used to treat skin wounds, scrapes, scratches, and minor burns.
They are available in ointment, cream, spray, or powder forms and are used to prevent infection in topical skin ailments.
Some over-the-counter topical antibiotics include: Bacitracin (Neosporin)
Polymyxin (Polysporin)
Neomycin (Neosporin Plus Pain Relief)
Pramoxine
Benzoyl peroxide (Proactiv)

The first two are probably in my top 5 games of all time. This one combines both into an experience closer to the first while adding new stuff. Can't wait to boot it up later! Edit to add some info: The Risk of Rain series is now three games, all run-based roguelites. That means you start out with a set amount of characters.. Most of the cast still locked. You start a run, collect items along the way, kill beasts, slay bosses and get bonkers strong. Each stage ends with charging and defending a teleporter which triggers a bossfight and waves of mobs. Depending on how well you do, what secrets (esp. in RoR2 proper hidden puzzles to figure out) you uncover and which challenges you beat, you unlock items for future runs, and characters. The kicker of the formula to me is the difficulty mechanic: the more time passes, the harder it gets. Regardless of your progress im the run. Depending on mode/modifiers you might choose to grind out the first stage, rush to a certain point for a basic set of items, or push towards the boss. This much is true for all of them - though I haven't played Returns yet. The first one is a pretty old-school 2D sidescroller/plattformer with a steep learning curve due to the limited mobility and static aim. The second one is a 3D third person shooter/brawler depending on character. It features some more in depth decision making, secret stages, hidden unlocks, more challenge stages, character variations etc etc. It's more modern style and fantastic movement make it a bit more approachable imo. The third goes back to the roots. It's a 2d sidescrolling game but much more modern and polished compared to the first one. It features characters and items from both predecessors, as well as a host of new stuff to dig into!
