Gov. Greg Abbott on Saturday vetoed a bipartisan bill that would have expanded vote-by-mail access for people with disabilities — specifically people who are blind or paralyzed and need assistance marking their ballot.

He is just afraid that people with disabilities will vote progressive since they probably have more empathy.

And also because conservatives will always cut programs and regulations that make life easier for people with disabilities.

They would dismantle the entire Americans with Disabilities Act if they could just to line the pockets of their corporate masters.
