You fail to grasp the pettiness and narcissism of this particular brand of celebrity. They will go to stupid lengths to crush an ant that looks at them funny, never grasping what a complete waste of time and energy they are engaging in.
OK, so let’s say Trump sees this. How do you think it will effect him? Do you think he’ll be like “Oh shit, someone made fun of my penis, better stop being a Nazi.” It’s pointless and does nothing to even make him feel bad. You think Trump cares what anyone besides himself thinks? All you have accomplished is perpetuating toxic masculinity as a valid form of criticism.
If it causes him to waste time and energy replying, even in a speech in the vaguest of terms about his “haters”, it’s good enough.

AFAIK it’ll send a notification, but I would be incredibly surprised if Trump looked at any notifications from small accounts. But, even in the off chance he does see, I highly doubt he would think anything about it. He is not someone to listen to anyone
